As the profession evolves through the next decade, emerging architecture professionals will experience an atmosphere where value is becoming the primary metric for business success. The presentation will review strategies for building that value both for the firm and the professional through the licensure process. Topics will include effective supervising techniques, proactive methods for maximizing time in the IDP, and utilizing the ARE as a developmental resource. The story will be told through the specific experiences of an intern, a young architect, and an established supervisor.
