Log in to Your Record

Update Your Contact Info

Navigate to the “Profile” section of your NCARB Record to update your mailing address, email address, and phone number. This will ensure that any program updates or important information regarding your account reach you in a timely manner! Plus, if you need to update your legal name for any reason, you can now request that change via My NCARB.

Update Your Demographic Information

NCARB recently updated our demographic fields—log in to check that your demographic information is accurate, and explore some of the new options we’ve added. Your individual demographic details are kept private. We use aggregated, anonymized data from all our customers to make informed, equitable decisions regarding our programs and services.

Check Your Email Preferences

Not sure you’re getting the emails you should? Navigate to your “Subscriptions” page to identify which emails you’d like to receive from NCARB.

Update Your Education Information

Did you graduate recently? Navigate to the “Education” section of your NCARB Record to add a degree to your account. Once you do, NCARB can verify your education so we’re ready to transmit your Record when you apply for a license.

Update Your License/Registration Information

If you recently earned a license, navigate to the “Licenses” tab and select “Add License.”  Providing this information helps us track trends in architectural licensure and streamlines your renewal process.
