Washington, DC – The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) is excited to announce the addition of Alison Teitelbaum as the Chief Operating Officer. Teitelbaum brings nearly two decades of experience in association management to NCARB, previously holding executive positions at the International Association for the Study of Pain and the Healthcare Alliance for Patient Safety.
“Alison’s vast experience in association management and commitment to fostering diverse and talented teams will be a great asset in supporting NCARB as we continue to support our Member Boards and licensure candidates across the country,” said NCARB CEO Mike Armstrong.
Her accomplishments in previous roles include elevated revenue streams, expanded membership, heightened community engagement, effective volunteer leadership, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved organizational capacity.
Teitelbaum is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). She holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from Virginia Tech, a Master of Psychology from Radford University, and a Master of Public Health from George Washington University.
