Casandra Walker joined NCARB in September 2018 as Assistant Vice President of Customer Relations. In this role, she leads her team in delivering quality and timely service to all NCARB stakeholders, consistently achieving high levels of performance and service excellence. With over 20 years of leadership experience in customer service and operations across both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, Casandra specializes in change management, process improvement, and developing effective customer service training programs. Her leadership approach drives organizational change and ensures teams are well-prepared to adapt to new processes and technologies.
Originally from New York, Casandra earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Monroe College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. Her educational background and extensive experience equip her to lead teams through transformative changes while maintaining exceptional service standards.
