Kunle joined NCARB in 2011 as a software engineer and contributed to the overhaul of NCARB's mission critical software systems. He has held several roles within the Information Systems Department prior to being promoted to assistant vice president, application development in 2021.
With over 15 years of relevant experience, Kunle has led the delivery of modern software solutions for commercial, nonprofit, government, and start-up organizations. Prior to working at NCARB, Kunle was a consultant at IBM, where he led the development of several systems for the federal government. As the assistant vice president, application development, Kunle collaborates with senior leadership to define NCARB’s technology strategy and works with software engineering teams to deliver effective and reliable software solutions.
Kunle grew up in South Florida before attending DePauw University, where he earned a degree in computer science. Kunle is passionate about developing cloud-native distributed systems and pushing the technology industry to create positive social change.
