Rouel “Roo” de Guzman joined NCARB in 2018 as the Vice President of Information Systems (IS). He comes to NCARB with more than 20 years of IS experience in biotech, healthcare, and advocacy organizations. He has assembled and led high-performing Information Systems teams, designed resilient IS environments, and advised senior leadership on cybersecurity and compliance. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Roo has also earned CISSP and AWS certifications and completed an MBA with a focus on data analytics.
