Roxanne Alston joined the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in 2007. In her role as Vice President of Customer Relations, Roxanne is responsible for delivery of quality and timely service to every NCARB stakeholder by ensuring high levels of performance and consistent delivery of operations support. She is responsible for the strategic alignment of Customer Relations' departmental goals with NCARB goals and has introduced feedback mechanisms to NCARB that support improvement in all areas related to the customer experience.
Roxanne has over 30 years of experience in service and operations with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has managed system implementations, updates, and conversions for software and telecommunications projects. She is also an active volunteer for several nonprofit organizations both locally and globally. Roxanne received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s University in English and Communications. She has also earned an MBA from The George Washington University with concentrations in Finance and International Management.
