Every year, we invite licensure candidates from around the country to participate in NCARB’s Think Tank. Over several meetings, the group shares insights on everything from architectural education to equity in firms. While their experiences vary, a common thread always emerges: a passion for improving their communities and the built environment. Watch as members of the FY18 Think Tank share why they want to become an architect and what they love about the profession.
We also asked the Think Tank about the importance of earning an architecture license. Since the group first met in October 2017, two members have already reached this milestone: Leah Alissa Bayer, AIA, NCARB, and Emanual Machado!
